UF Health Durbin Park
UF Health Durbin Park was developed to expand access to advanced health care services in one of Northeast Florida's fastest-growing communities. Located in St. Johns County, the 42.5-acre health and wellness campus serves as a new destination for specialty, emergency and inpatient care, bringing advanced medical services closer to residents throughout the region.
The first phase of the campus includes a three-story medical office building and a five-story hospital designed to work seamlessly together to support a broad spectrum of patient care needs. The medical office building houses a variety of specialty practices, while the hospital features 99 inpatient beds, a 24-hour Emergency Department, operating rooms, advanced imaging capabilities and hybrid labs for interventional procedures. A standalone central energy plant was also constructed to provide the critical infrastructure necessary to support the entire campus.
Designed by Gresham Smith, the project was delivered through a collaborative partnership that brought together leading organizations committed to improving health care access across Northeast Florida. 海角乱伦社区 served as the primary construction manager for the medical office building and provided project management services for the hospital as part of a joint venture with Batson-Cook Construction. The completion of UF Health Durbin Park represents a significant investment in the region's future and reinforces 海角乱伦社区's experience delivering complex health care environments that serve communities for generations to come.
